Surviving Through Difficult Times
As an unprecedented pandemic takes over our world's greatest nations and economies, what do we do as individuals to keep from losing it...
I grew up on Long Island and attained a degree in Psychology from the State University of NY at Stony Brook. My parents and their siblings immigrated to the USA from Haiti as young adults in the 1960s. They settled and sprouted the first generation of native-born Americans in the family.
I was very fortunate as a child. My parents were very involved with me and my brother’s educations. They took an interest in our jobs and personal relationships. They made sure they served as examples and didn’t practice the “do as I say, not as I do” mantra.
Yet, even with the best intentions, life doesn’t always go as planned. I married young, divorced, and married again later in life. I lost everything after racking up more debt than I could pay only to make millions of dollars a few years later. I lost my way spiritually, financially, mentally, emotionally, only to get back on track again.
Along the way, I learned an incredible lesson. Falling down is inevitable. Staying down is a choice. I am now a Wife, Mom, Reverend, Mentor, and Business Owner; teaching others how to build successful relationships, businesses, and lives.

Life isn’t easy. If it were, you’d be in Heaven already. However, it can be filled with love, happiness, generosity and wealth that you can use to lead and guide others. Everyone has the ability to succeed. No matter what. It is not a learned skill or a technique that requires mastery. It is already in us!
It doesn’t matter where you live, what you look like or whom you know. You have already won the race by coming into this world. Don’t think for a minute that God put you here with the intentions for you to fail. He is not a sadistic God. He is an all-loving Father who wants to see you succeed for the purpose of living His will.

My meeting with Rev Cynthia Petion was a blessing to me and my family. She is the mentor I longed for. She is inspiring and enables me to discover new sides of myself! Rev Cynthia is fantastic, she is such an attentive person and very professional! She ensures you are always on track, yet is homely, motherly and caring. I am thankful for having the opportunity to know and work with her. We often share interesting ideas for collaboration.
I'm from Vietnam. I'm glad to say that Mrs. Cynthia and I have been working together since 2017. She helps and supports me. In addition to work, we also have words of encouragement and sharing emotions in life. These things are not easy to have, found only in close relatives and friends, but I am very fortunate that I have met Mrs. Cynthia. She has many relationships with the leaders in the world, they are all people with leadership qualities of enthusiasm, vision, and integrity. I wish you good health, happiness, and success in all areas of life. Thanks very much!
Cynthia is a natural leader with a growth mindset. She understands that in order to succeed, it is about effort and commitment. Not only is Cynthia highly motivated, she understands how to motivate others. Her ability to multitask and manage challenges that are presented before her, she immediately looks for solutions. Her zeal for success is infectious. If you are seeking guidance, support and a true desire for success, she is who you need to know.
I have a true friend who is a very strong entrepreneur. We know how much discipline and willpower it takes to jumpstart a career and become successful. Cynthia is tireless! An example and inspiration for all of us. Having her as a friend and partner is a great privilege. I learn every day to have more confidence and faith. I also admire her dedication and zeal for spiritual life.
How pleased God is with that!
I know that God chose you for these functions. Congratulations on your dedication and determination.
